Founded in Casablanca, Sadki Law Firm is an internationally oriented business law firm, positioned at the crossroads of Moroccan, French and OHADA law. Its practice combines demanding academic rigour with close knowledge of the ground, serving companies, executives and investors operating across Morocco, France and the OHADA area.
We apply the same standards to complex business law, litigation and legal structuring matters, placing our clients' strategy and legal security at the heart of every engagement.
The firm continues a family tradition: that of IFLAH Avocats, established in Casablanca in 1984, where Anouar Sadki practised for more than four years before founding Sadki Law Firm in 2023.

Anouar Sadki
Partner, Founder of Sadki Law Firm
Anouar Sadki has been the founding partner of Sadki Law Firm since September 2023. A doctoral researcher in business law, he is preparing two doctoral theses in parallel: one at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, under the supervision of Professor François-Xavier Lucas, on the prospects for the evolution of company law and insolvency law opened up by Morocco's accession to OHADA; and one at the Faculté polydisciplinaire de Béni Mellal (Université Sultan Moulay Slimane), on the treatment of SME distress in times of major crises, from a comparative-law perspective.
His academic background combines a Master's in Banking and Financial Law (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), a Master's in Business Law (FSJES Mohammedia — Hassan II University, top of his class), a University Diploma (DU) in Insolvency and Restructuring Law (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), the Inter-University Diploma (DIU) “Juriste OHADA”, and a certificate in Contract Law from Harvard Law School — a background rounded out by a law degree obtained as top of his class (FSJES Mohammedia).
His practice draws on some ten years' experience, in both litigation and advisory work. Before his admission to the Casablanca Bar in 2019, he spent more than four years as a collaborator at the family firm IFLAH Avocats, established in 1984 — experience he has since developed between Casablanca and Paris, alongside Moroccan, French and American firms.
This dual legal culture, both academic and professional, underpins a demanding, strategic business law practice with a resolutely international outlook.

“The challenges facing the operation of companies under OHADA and Moroccan law”
On 15 November 2025, the Maison de l'Avocat in Casablanca hosted a legal forum organised by the OHADA Lawyers' Club in Morocco, chaired by Anouar Sadki, together with the Institut de Formation et d'Expertise Juridique (IFEJ), under the patronage of the Casablanca Bar. The event brought together lawyers, in-house counsel, entrepreneurs, academics and students.
After the welcome address in which he set out the theme and objectives of the meeting, Anouar Sadki devoted his contribution to the governance of Moroccan micro-enterprises — commingling of assets, absence of internal control, the influence of de facto managers — and argued for a strategic view of the contract as a tool of prevention.
